Financial Counseling

THOCPA provides patients with physical and emotional support during their course of treatment. We understand you may not always be fully aware of your insurance coverage or financial responsibilities, so we provide our patients with financial counseling. We are dedicated to each patient and offer assistance with insurance pre-authorization, pre-certification for services, and access to patient assistance programs.

Cancer Care Financial Assistance

People with cancer may need financial assistance from time to time to help pay for cancer treatments, co-payments, supportive care, living expenses, transportation, and other areas.

These resources include organizations and funders providing financial support that were found by our patients as they searched the internet for their sources for financial assistance. As a THOCPA patient, if you find additional organizations that provide assistance, please notify THOCPA and we will post it on this page.

"With everything a cancer patient has to deal with, the last thing they should have to worry about is losing their treatment because they cannot pay for it."
Dr. Dennis H. Birenbaum
